I am an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist specialising in brief solution focused therapy, hypnotherapy and life coaching. My clients bring a wide range of issues: stress, depression, lack of confidence, panic attacks relationship difficulties as well as personal and work related problems, which may impede their ability to perform well, be an effective member of a team or interact socially or emotionally. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to realise their full potnetial and lead a rewarding and meaningful life.
